Graben Hotel Vienna

The location couldn't be better! The hotel is centrally located, just steps away from all major attractions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast is exceptional, with a wide variety of choices.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city center, right off the main shopping street. It was so convenient to have the Stephansplatz U-Bahn station just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the separate toilet was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

That the bed was a bit short and the pillows were not to our liking.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, especially considering the room size. Despite being small, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with all the major attractions just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist us. On my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a lovely cake in the room, a good treat.

For breakfast, it would have been nice to have more options, especially some hot dishes. A wider variety would have been appreciated.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and places of interest. I could walk to the center of Vienna and the Main Street Graben in just a few minutes. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was satisfying.

Lovely hotel in the heart of historic Vienna. Clean, comfortable rooms with efficient and friendly staff. Fantastic location, just steps away from Hofburg and a short walk to the nearest U-bahn station. Easy access to the airport. Double pane windows kept noise out. Great air conditioning. Safety ensured with plenty of people around. Excellent selection of nearby restaurants and shops. Perfect for maximizing a short stay in Vienna.

wow, graben really surprised me! stayed in vienna before but this time was even better. staff went above & beyond, from helpful front desk to attentive breakfast crew. cosy, clean rooms with comfy beds & great view of rooftops. central location & handy to metro. delish breakfasts & dinner too. thx, graben!

Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast, great staff. Rooms close together, one twin as requested. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Lots of character, feels like Vienna.

Great central location, close to public transportation and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the air conditioning and imperial flair of the rooms.

We were really surprised by the excellent location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city. The metro station was just steps away, making it easy for us to explore Vienna. We were able to visit all the major attractions, such as Stephansplatz, Hofburg, and Albertina, within a short walk. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and always ready to help us with any questions or requests we had. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast spread with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

I am very glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Vienna. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Vienna's old town which is the perfect location for sightseeing Vienna. It is in a pedestrian area, so there was no noisy traffic to disturb my sleep. The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful, always ready to provide assistance and recommendations. The rooms were comfortable with all the basic amenities needed, including comfortable beds and fast wifi. One thing I really appreciated was that breakfast was included in the room rate, saving me the hassle of finding a place to eat in the morning.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Vienna and had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. From here, we were able to easily explore the beautiful sights of Vienna, such as St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Museum Quarter. The hotel also offered convenient access to public transportation, with a metro stop just a few minutes away.
